about

Inspired by an article about completing a abandoned synthesizer designed by Daphne Oram, I started playing with a couple of pieces of software I've been neglecting: Phonopaper and Audiopaint. Both of them work in similar ways and on similar sources, but each is subtly different, especially since Phonopaper can work on live video input.
I used ten hand-drawn images on A4 sheets of white sketchpaper as generative sources.
